"I had an emergency with my furnace which involved fixing an exhaust pipe to avoid dangerous carbon monoxide fumes from entering my house. I called Weltman at 1230pm on a weekday and they were able to get a technician to my house within an hour and a half to replace the exhaust pipe. I am not so sure anyone else could have responded so fast. Needless to say I was very impressed with the quick response which obviously involved a very dangerous situation. The repair work done was of very high quality and was done very quickly. I have to say that Weltman is definitely a company I can trust in doing a job and I would recommend them to anyone." "Professional, dependable, trustworthy, great value…and the best customer service I have ever experienced. Let me explain. We have used Weltman 3 times since moving to Berkeley Heights and each experience has been outstanding. Our first experience occurred in the midst of a heat wave this summer. It was actually 4th of July weekend and we came home from a day at the pool to find our air conditioning broke. 100+ degrees, plus 2 children under four and friends to friends scheduled to arrive…well let’s just say I was a little bit cranky. We called Weltman Home Services and a repairman (nicest guy ever) arrived in an hour. Oh, and just before he arrived, I received an email on my blackberry from the technician explaining what I can expect from him and the visit & a little information about himself. I saved it and intend to show it every chance I get. Pretty awesome huh? Well though they set a high expectation, the reality was better. Kevin was even nicer, more professional and helpful than the email. Today I had a flooding in our laundry room and a quick call to Weltman and Jason Weber arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, corrected it, and patiently answered my questions. Since we are under contact, there was NO charge! I cannot recommend Jason, Kevin and the Weltman team enough! "How would you refer to someone who comes to your home to repair an electrical fixture? An electrician-usually, but not in all cases. Suppose he brings his own floor mat, calls you before he arrives to introduce himself and addresses you by name. Does it end there, well NO!
