As the Weltman “rep” Jimmy did a very careful analysis of my needs, and explained, in detail, what system would best work in my home.

Dear Mr. Weltman,

We moved into our home in ’76. For many years all the laundry has been stained tan. We contacted another plumber who said the staining was due to the galvanized piping. That plumber wanted to break out the wall tiles in the bathroom and install new pipes. Since we knew this would be an expensive job we decided to live with the problem.

When we contacted your company luck was on our side when Ralf was assigned to the job. He suggested installing the pipes through the floor thereby saving the wall tiles. Now our problem has been solved and the water runs clear. Ralf is a genius.

We enjoy using your company and think all your technicians are great! Ralf, Steven, David, Kris and Chris have done exceptionally excellent work. Both Ralf and Steven have advised us about other matters. Your office staff is efficient and pleasant as well.

Just a short note to express my complete satisfaction for the service your company provided to me.

After arriving home on the evening of Octobrer 10,2003 I found water leaking from my hot water heater.

I called your number and spoke to Felicia. She was very professional, settled me down, took down the information and said that she would have somebody out within an hour.

To my surprise your truck arrived at my house in less than forty minutes. Chris Stumbers, your service man, surveyed the situation advised me of the problem and gave me an estimate. He efficiently removed and replaced my hot water heater. Also, he fixed a leaking toilet.

Mr. Weltman you should be proud of your staff and your slogan "We Care" certainly fits as far as I am concerned.
